Application: D-type Hydrapulper is more suitable for pulping OCC, commercial waste paper continually or in batch. It can discharge the heavy impurities from a separately setting box so as to protect equipment from damage by heavy partials, and also discharge plastic pieces. Design features: Thanks to D-shaped vat, the way of generating turbulence in the conventional pulper has been changed, the turbulence is intensified and so the paper bale is quickly soaked into the liquid, in this way the moving path of waste paper in pulper is improved and the capacity of pulper increases. It can shorten the pulping time, reduce energy consumption and increases the specific capacity per unit of volume.
